Small penthouse with spectacular view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the sunset & Tropea. Two large terraces, totally 75 m2, with dinner table, lounge group, pergola, sun beds, outdoor kitchen and a large BBQ. One bedroom with a double bed, one room with a small table and a sofa bed. This penthouse is ideal for a romantic holiday for two with probably one of the best views in Tropea. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and to Centro storico.

The apartment itself is quite small (around 25 m2) but well planned. It’s ideal for two persons, but it is possible to stay four persons. Inside there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a small "living room" with a table and a sofa bed (146 x 200 cm) and a small kitchen. Air condition in the two main rooms. The front terrace is facing the sea and is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a large dinner table, here you will probably spend most of the time… In the spring/summer/autumn you will also have a fantastic view of the sunset from here. There is also an outdoor “living room” in the back terrace which is perfect for breakfast (morning sun all year around). The whole property was fully renovated in May 2015.

The apartment is 400 meters (5 min walk) from Centro storico, the old part of Tropea, and it's a very quiet area. No traffic noise at all, basically the only thing you hear is the ocean and sometimes the boats passing by! Still very close to the centre and the beach (3-4 min walk). Small grocery shops, pizzerias etc on Via Liberta within 2 minutes walk. Less than 10 minutes walk to the local food, fruit and vegetable market (open everyday). So no need for a car, the position is really ideal! If you have your own car there is a car parking just outside (free of charge).

Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Wifi can be arranged at a cost of 30 euro for 10 GB.

This penthouse is ideal for a romantic holiday for two. It's probably one of the best views in Tropea. And the choice is yours - walk 5-10 minutes to one of around hundred restauarants in Tropea or stay and cook your own meal watching the fabulous sunset. Not an easy choice...!

    I'm really sorry for the poor cleaning. Our cleaning person quit and the new person that came in is obviously not competent for the job. For 2017 we will change caretaker as well as cleaning person. Yes, the apartment is small, around 25 m2, so it's best suited for 2 people. However, we have been there 4 people 2 weeks in a row and it works fine if the weather is good. This since you spend almost all the time at the terrace. Olle

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Olle (the owner) a message.

    If Olle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
