The residence Syrina is located in the heart of Trou aux Biches which is famous for its fantastic Beach.

Our Residence is situated only 200m from the beach in a small street with no traffic.

All necessary amenities such as:

Several restaurants, Pharmacies, Taxi stand, bus stop, Shopping facilities / boutiques, Supermarket Popo, Money Changer, cash point/ATM, police Station, Health Centre, Diving Centres, Car / Bicycle rental, Fitness Centre, Spa, Hotels etc.

Merci pour votre feedback après les vacances et je suis désolé que tout n'a pas été comme éspéré, néanmoins je trouve dommage que on ne nous a pas contacté / informé avant pendant vos vacances concernant les choses qui aurait sûrement été fait pour vous comme: nettoyer le BBQ ou refaire le nettoyage pour les toiles d'araignée par example. Les coussins pour les transat sont dans la réserve maintenant par ce qu'en été il pleut très souvent la nuit et les clients souvent ne les rangent pas alors cela les abimes donc je pense que ce n'est pas trop demander aux clients d'aller les cherchers à 15m. D'ailleurs Joël m'a assuré qu'il est venu vous voir un peu après votre arrivée pour vous acceuillir donc je ne vois pas le "souci" puisque vous avez pu rentrer dans l'appartement. Les draps de plage ont déjà été commandé et arrivent la prèmière semaine de février ainsi que les deux portes de terrasse qui vont ètre remplacer à la fin février. Et les deux cuisines des deux apartements en bas sont prévu d'étre remplacer au mois de mai / juin cette année. La pelouse à été difficile à tailler pendant le mois de janvier à cause des gros intemperie et comme tout le monde sait une pelouse mouillée on ne taille pas. Je trouve vraiment dommage que vous n'avez pas communiquer pendant votre séjour parce qu'il y des choses qui auraient été facile a les "refaire" pour vous. Et qu'après vous donner seulement 2 sur 5 point dans le revue je ne trouve pas net. Surtout aussi que vous n'avez pas mesurer objectivement mais plustôt comparer à il y a 7 ans ce qui n'est pas du tout objective car je suis sûr que si vous seriez venu la première fois vous auriez donner une bien meilleurs evaluation. Concernant le prix j'aimerais encore vous dire que les derniers sept ans il n'a pas monté du tout et plustôt baissé alors que l'inflation était de 4 % par année en moyenne à l'île Maurice. On ne peut pas toujours plus demander et payer moins....

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Syrina (the owner) a message.

If Syrina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
