Our house accommodates 1-6 people. $20 exacter per person, per day, over 6 people. House is in a secure gated community, security on-site and located outside Trujillo, Honduras Central America, on the Caribbean Sea in Eco Beach Trujillo Resort. A beautiful 1,000 square foot spacious house and has a big lot to grow a garden. Fully furnished kitchen with all major big appliances and small utensils, it has a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, 3 separate air conditioning units, master bedroom has a double bed with closet space, dining room has a table/chairs seats 4, a full bathroom with tub/shower, living room has LCD TV with DVD player (cable not included), two pull out couches (which sleeps 2 persons each), coffee table, and with lots of open space. Corner lot with shady trees. Very secluded with lots of privacy. Sit down pool outside patio for the hot days You have to be there 7 DAYS or more to use the pool. We need 3 days in advance before your stay, to fill the pool. The renter pays EXTRA $110US to use the pool. Watch for exotic birds and iguanas right from the patio. You can sit and watch the sunrise and sunset from house and beach. NO Internet. Shop at a local market for all your needs about a 40-minute drive. Meet the local neighbors and guest which visit the resort. NO restaurant, bring your own food and water. Bring your bike or walk the trails to see the 4.5 KMS of sandy white beach and view the gorgeous Caribbean Sea. Enjoy a swim if you dare in the sea, relax in the sun or make footprints in the sand. Spot the monkeys, crocodiles, iguanas and lots of fabulous colorful birds all around the resort. You can arrange wildlife tours, sport fishing, scuba diving for a price in Honduras.

Asking for additional damage deposit of $500 US paid up front for damages, if no damages we will return damage deposit when you finish renting the house. You must have all the dishes done and everything in place before you leave. Including garbage, swept floors, sheets clean etc.

Also bring your own drinking water, water is in house but not suitable for drinking.

Owners not responsible for anything that occurs which might happen to renter’s property or belongings.

You must have caretaker go thru house with you prior to leaving to make sure no damage or missing stuff and return keys and sign a release form and you will get damage deposit back if no damage.

Asking for 2 months rent up front, ($1,000 US). Before 2 months is up another 2 months rent up front if you decide to stay longer.

Main breaker has surge protection on hydro which protects all electrical appliances.

Renter pays for all Hydro which is expensive, (as Hydro not included) up to $150 US a month or more. One month notice before leaving.

Yard work and pool is to be renter’s responsibility. Do not leave garbage outside.

Renters’ responsibility to buy their own household supplies at their expense (paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap etc.) Treat as if living in your own house.

Once you have a confirmed booking, you will need to arrange your travel plans, are you renting vehicle (Avis is available at La Cebia Airport), you should rent a 4X4. It is a 3 hour drive to the resort from La Cebia. The on site manager will be contacted from us when you are arriving. He will show you to the house. Have a nice stay.

How do damage deposits work?
