The spacious villa spreads through three floors, making it an ideal escape for a large family or a group of friends. Lounge at the impeccable ground floor living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon at the 55’ Smart TV on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic sea view dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms, two with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and one with shared bathroom at the ground floor allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. An additional bedroom with its own separated entrance and access to the terrace is also located in the ground floor, where you may find a king size double bed and a sofa bed. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds, and two more guest can sleep in the sofa bed featured at living room area, and in the lower level bedroom sofa. All beds can be twin upon request and feature GrecoStrom Premium Mattresses and Premium Linen.

*Pool Heating Policy:
-The pool can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees.
- 4 days in advance - prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool to reach 28 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature.
- For every day of use the charge of heating the pool is 80€. Prior notice is required and the heating must apply for the entire guest stay.
