• A modern design, fully equipped, house of 200 sq.m. on a 2,500-meter plot set on a hill in tranquil surroundings.

• 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have en suite showers/WC. The fourth bedroom has access to its own individual shower/WC. There is also a fifth common WC/tub and shower.

• Unhindered views of the Aegean sea to the north and the White Mountains to the south.

• A high-quality construction finished in 2009 for the owner`s own use and since very well maintained.

• Large 45 sq. meter swimming pool with spacious tiled areas around it.

• Shaded space for 2 cars.

• A very large plot, over half of it left in its natural state. Enclosed and private. Wonderful area for walks

• Located 25 minutes drive from Chania and 30 minutes from Rethymno. Near the beaches of Almyrida, Kalyves, and Georgioupolis which are

a few minutes' drive away.

• This is a house for memorable group or family holidays in one of the most beautiful areas of Crete referred to as Apokoronas Region.

Thanks, happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We have enjoyed hosting you. Cleanliness is our motto and though we have a visit from cleaners every 3-4 days these are not for a full cleaning but towel and linen change together with bin emptying and general tidying. Our cleaners would not refuse to do any other specific cleaning they are requested to do by the client. The villa is given in perfect condition. Guests must not forget that the villa is self catering and there is some responsibility for cleanliness on the part of the client. It is not a fully serviced contract as in a hotel. Thanks Jochem, we shall strive to improve! It was good to have met you. The drive to the Villa is being asphalted before next summer by the municipality.

Very impressive location. Peaceful, quiet. Nature all around you. Near Vamos, 20 minutes walk. Vamos a great village of history.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send George (the owner) a message.

If George (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
