Luminoso e confortevole bilocale ristrutturato in pieno centro a pochissimi passi dalla stazione Porta Nuova. Silenzioso, tranquillo e comodo per metro, musei, ristoranti e come punto di partenza per un tour alla scoperta della città.

Situato al terzo piano l'appartamento è stato recentemente ripensato da due richiesti architetti. Ingresso living con divano letto, cucina attrezzata e completa di lavastoviglie, bagno accogliente con doccia e camera da letto matrimoniale.

L'appartamento, dotato di connessione internet wi-fi e riscaldamento autonomo, è adatto anche a soggiorni lunghi e può ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone.

Benvenuti in San Salvario, il quartiere più autentico e creativo di Torino! Ristoranti tipici, vinerie, atelier, gallerie d'arte si alternano a negozietti multietnici e locali dove potrete scegliere tra le cucine di tutto il mondo.

A pochissimi passi si trovano un supermercato e gli stand del mercato coperto di piazza Madama Cristina, dove ogni mattina potrete acquistare frutta e verdura di stagione, formaggi e ogni genere di golosità. Sarete così pronti per un' indimenticabile passeggiata nel più grande parco cittadino, il Parco del Valentino sulla sponda del Po.

Un giro nei dintorni

L'appartamento è a soli due isolati dalla Stazione ferroviaria centrale (Porta Nuova), dalla omonima fermata della metro e vicinissima al centro città. Non avrete alcuna difficoltà a raggiungere l'appartamento e a muovervi in città una volta arrivati. Inoltre a Torino sono attivi i noti servizi di car sharing Car2Go ed Enjoy, oltre a numerosissime stazioni del bike-sharing cittadino.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicolò (the owner) a message.

If Nicolò (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
