Villa Mariana is a large 5 en -suite bedroom property only 10 minute drive to the beaches of Mojacar and Garrucha in Southern Spain. Sleeping up to 14 in 5 large en-suite bedrooms, it is extremely versatile for family groups or friends. With 3 lounges, 2 kitchens plus a Games room with pool table it's perfect for groups of all ages. It is set in a huge fenced and walled garden of 13,500 square metres with an 18 meter swimming pool and private all weather tennis court. It also has petanque, skittles and a young children's play area with swing and slide. It can be booked at any time throughout the year.

It is all on one level with just a few shallow steps, and each bedroom has a large en-suite shower-room and one bedroom also has an en-suite lounge. It is both comfortable and attractively decorated with fresh crisp bed linen and air conditioning throughout plus ceiling fans and lots of little extras to make your stay everything you could wish for.

It has 2 large kitchens serving each end of the property, Casa Ana and Casa Mari, and 3 good sized lounges. All this makes it versatile for groups of friends or extended families as both quiet spaces and community spaces are available. There is also a roof terrace if you want to see long distant views and relax you can even glimpse the sea in the distance. All sitting in huge walled and fenced landscaped gardens.

It's great to be able to provide great holiday accommodation for families and groups of friends all the year round and welcome people back again when they've had a great time. When the children are at school a relaxing out of season break playing golf locally or tennis, just reading or walking and taking photos with the beautiful scenery beach and mountains.

It's great that you had a good time we always try to make it special for all our guests. Available all the year around with sun almost guaranteed 365 days a year as the area has its own micro-climate. Spacious yet together with 3 lounges and 2 kitchens plus a games room with pool table there is always somewhere to escape and places to be together. Extended families or groups of friends all can be catered for. Private tennis court and large swimming pool add to the fun.

How do damage deposits work?

If Marion (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
