Casa Garigal is a private villa located on the edge of the village (cortijo) of Cabrera in the Sierra Cabrera Mountains. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a private pool. Fabulous mountain views available wherever you look. Accessed via a private drive with a carport to keep the car cool in the height of the summer.

The front door leads into a hallway with a door to the rear terrace. Two twin bedrooms and family bathroom are off to one side and the living areas to the other The lounge has 2 sets of doors leading to the rear terrace and 2 sets of doors to the front terrace.

The extensive enclosed rear terrace with the lovely pool has a shaded outdoor eating area with table and 6 chairs. A gas BBQ with flat plate grill is also free to use. To the front of the villa is another terrace which provides shade during the heat of the day.

If you can drag yourself away from the pool the lounge has satellite TV with all the English channels as well as Sky sports and lots of pre-loaded films. There is also a fast free Wifi. A stereo and a DVD player are also available.

Off the lounge there is a large fully equipped kitchen and a rear door to a utility area. also from the lounge is a feature staircase with a wooden handrail which leads to the master suite. This has a queen size bed, private bathroom and plenty of storage cupboards. The master bedroom has a juliet balcony and a larger balcony. All with fabulous views down and across the mountain.

Thank you for a lovely review. Having the beautiful views persuaded us that this was the village where we would enjoy living when we are out in Spain. As you say there are some lovely coves in the Cabo de Gato. We hope that you took the time to visit the local beaches as well. The beach between Garrucha and Vera Playa is huge. Agree that the shops and beaches in Garrucha and Mojacar are 20 minutes drive but don't forget that there is "Super Turre" in Turre which is only 10 minutes drive.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chris (the owner) a message.

If Chris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
