Villa Alamandra is a stunning new construction on Turtle Beach with 180 degree views of the Caribbean and sister island Nevis with it's beautiful 3,000 foot Mt. Nevis 2 miles across the sea. A 2 minute walk will take you to the beautiful and secluded Turtle Beach.

Our living room, dining area, kitchen, and master suite are on the main floor with beautiful natural high vaulted wood ceilings. The veranda and pool are located on the same floor. Gourmet equipped custom kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Enjoy the view while cooking on the semi circular kitchen island. The dining table seats 6-8.

All bath rooms are equipped with custom vanities and granite counter tops. All 3,000 sq ft of flooring are covered with 18X18 imported Travertine tile. Large master bedroom ( King ) and bath plus 2 large guest bedrooms ( Queen ) all with French doors to veranda and terrace, A/C and fans. Laundry room with A/C. Living room opens to covered veranda by sliding glass wall.

We are located in the very exclusive Turtle Beach Estates on the SE Peninsula. We are also within walking distance to Cockleshell Beach, where you will find in a more casual setting, the Reggae Beach Bar and Grill, watersport activity center and the Spice Mill Restaurant.

Even the most discriminating guest would find our home exquisite and a vacation to remember. Honeymooners would love our romantic setting and location.

We are saddened to learn that the above guests gave us an excellent 5 star review on VRBO, which they used to book our home. After their departure there were 2 washcloth missing and guests were charged as per price list at the home. A mistake was made on our part as the washcloths were found behind the washing machine and a refund of same amount was credited to guests. They must have been very upset over the charge and now wrote this 1 star review in retaliation.

Dear valued Traveler, Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to share your experience at Villa Alamandra with other travelers. We are very happy that you enjoyed the views from the home. St. Kitts homes selling for over US$15 million have no A/C in living area, as electricity is prohibitively expensive, it would add at least US$1,000 to the weekly rental cost. We are very sorry that you found the pool water too cold, we have other reviews that make mention of the refreshing pool water, and we wish we could please all our guests at all times. St. Kitts, as all other Caribbean islands are in the tradewind latitudes which offers a continuous breeze enjoyed by some. We are glad to know that you are a careful driver and take our dirt road portion slowly. Being used to the road it takes us 2 minutes to drive the unpaved 1/2 mile portion. We have contacted our current guests and bugs are not a problem this week. The villa gets treated for bugs monthly and we are sorry you had to deal with some of them during your visit. To add a bit of Caribbean charm and the taste of island cooking, we opted for a local charcoal grill. Thank you for choosing Villa Alamandra for your island getaway, we much appreciate your feedback. Pleasing our guests is our top priority.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send WILLIAM & Elisabeth (the owner) a message.

If WILLIAM & Elisabeth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
