From the owner

House built with red stone, characteristic of the place, partly rebuilt on the ruins of an original house, and part-ups with respect for the old. It has three floors, semi basement with kitchen, and bathroom. At street level, large living room with fireplace, a bathroom. Hall-distributor and bedroom with sitting room and private toilet 1st. Floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two beds. There is a loft sleeping alone, with capacity for two youth or children, they would pay 25 € per person more. Total maximum 8. It has hosted garden patio outside, with access from the house and from the street, where there is a covered porch which is common area to share only with home and a toilet (WC. And sink) here you can besides smoking on the street. It has several exclusive outdoor parking spaces. No conventional electricity in the village of Turza, but our house has a solar energy converter to 225 V. There are two pellet stoves, wood fireplace also two paraffin stoves burning laser, and small stoves Butane gas. current and hot water heaters with three, two automatic butane gas .. kitchen with four burners and oven, fully equipped with dishes and utensils so with bedding and towels. Being in the bush, surrounded by nature creates some complexity, advising that landlords are responsible for putting into operation and control stoves, cookers and fireplaces, for the safety and comfort of staying. Windows, and large windows give plenty of light to the house, and allow the contemplation of the wonderful scenery that make up the forest and mountains. Wifi signal there to speak for WHASTAPP, use the order to send and receive messages, not for downloads because it has not enough megs.
