SNOWDONIA NATIONAL PARK

Ideal for families or couples.

Situated at Erw Porthor, Happy Valley it is only a 5 minute drive to Tywyn or 10 minutes to Aberdovey.

Rental Prices include all heating and electricity.

It is 1.5 miles from the sea and the excellent sandy beaches in the area. Close to both Tywyn and Aberdovey

The chalet is available weekly or for short breaks (minimum 2 nights).

Beautiful scenery surrounding the chalet, and parking available on site. Plenty of room inside the chalet and good sized bedrooms. Easy to get to the surrounding villages. Ideal for a peaceful break

As explained i was let down with delivery of window frame fascia so improvised with some unpainted wood, however it was clean. i don't see how this impacted your stay, I'm sorry you felt it did! Shower works fine. You also complained about TV not working (it does, you just couldn't seem to work the set-top box) and quite a few other things, but never mentioned the floors till now? May I add that our mother staying at same time has already left a review and scored us considerably higher than a 1* and no mention of the filfh encountered, strange. If your angry that's fine - but don't lie. I wish you well

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Thomas (the owner) a message.

If Thomas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
