Beautifully designed and elegantly crafted 4 bedrooms on first floor are complimented with rajasthani decor. the place is situated amidst the central hub of Udaipur which offers ease of accessibility, The room has beautiful wooden beds and en-suite bathroom. Guests can be assured of peaceful ambiance & comfortable stay with all the essentials of a personal touch as that of a Home stay in Udaipur.

The space

The place provides a warm and pleasant experience of homestay and the room have been done in a contemporary style décor with all modern amenities in a peaceful & relaxing atmosphere. It makes classic base to explore the fabled city of Udaipur, acclaimed worldwide for its beautiful lakes, medieval palaces and colorful markets, with a comfortable stay.

Situated in the central part of the city which is colorful and vibrant & is located at just mins away from the major attraction of the city. The place along with the mentioned respective features also offers : 24-hrs currency exchange, Doctor on call , adequate car parking space , Laundry , Travel assistance ,car rental service , luggage room.

Guest access

Since it is a home stay apart from the room, guests can access the balcony, the drawing room, the dining area and on request the kitchen as well.

I give my guests space but am available when needed The family resides in the same premises and always happy to welcome the guests & interact with them, however we will be available most of the time when guests are here. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Raghvendra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
