Hello to everyone who is going to visit Arashiyama area of Kyoto. Our house is located 500 meters from the Saga-Arashiyama JR station. And it is just 10 min walk to the Bamboo forest and Togetsukyo bridge. The nearest bus stop is 1 min walk. We can help you to plan how to visit sightseeing of Kyoto in the best way :)

Hello,everyone,who are interested to stay at our house! Please,first tell me about yourselves, when you make request to book the house.
As well i will ask you to be in touch with me in advance before you check-in (we have to arrange the exact time of your arrival, since we don't provide self check-in). check-in time from 10am to 11pm. but we discuss each personal case of arrival.
No party after 22:00, and don't do laundry after 22:00 as well.
You can rent our 3 bikes for 500yen each per day.

Stay at Arashiyama homes.

Everything was ok except we found little bugs more like cockroach coming out of the bathroom sink. Wish they fumigate the residents before allowing it for rent.

Thank you for the review, Syed. Unfortunately it is impossiable to avoid such insects in Japan. They are everywhere here. And before you, no one guest payed attention on it. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
