Located in Ulcinj, Holiday Park Olive Tree offers you a romantic, magical getaway in the ancient olive forest of Ulcinj. It is located 150 m from seaside and it offers a majestic sea view with a very peacefully sorrounding. It has a large garden area suitable for various activities such as yoga, outdoor exercises, barbecue etc. We also offer a tour to our guests through the ancient olive forest where they can visit the oldest olive tree in Ulcinj which is 1314 years old.

All units have a dining area and balcony. There is also a kitchen, fitted with a fridge. Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom, shower and free toiletries also. The holiday park features free WiFi. Holiday Park Olive Tree also includes a barbecue, outdoor showers and outdor swimming pool. Free private parking is available on site for every guest.

We are suitable for family holidays as well. Children can enjoy various activities such as long walkings, exploring the olive forest, swimm in the pool and play in our tents.

    How do damage deposits work?
