The Reika Villas are consist of 3 units villas with 2 bedrooms with partial OCEAN VIEW, located in Bukit Karang Villas Complex, 15km from the air- port, in a quiet impasse within the calm area of Pandawa. The villas are very close to famous Bali’s beaches: Pandawa beach can be reached in 10 minutes driving whereas you can access Banyan Tree Beach in 7 minutes. It’s also possible to take a walk for daily necessities since western style supermarkets and restaurants are available in short drive distance. This will surely ensure your stay with us is an enjoyable and memorable one.

The Villa

The Reika Villas are a complex of three separated villas with 2 bedrooms, facilities with its own private infinity swimming pool overlooking the tropical view and garden.

While entering you can find a little way overhead a cute basin with fish. You enter in the lounge and kitchen area, an air conditioned space. The living room provides a flat screen TV, cosy sofas and small table. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped, with a water dispenser and next to a little dining table. At the junction with the living room is the garden decorated with flowers and plants and an infinity pool with wood deck alongside. From this place, you have a wonderful view on tropical trees.

The first bedroom provide two simple beds with a plenty of storage spaces for your clothes and belongings. The en-suite bathroom is semi-open. An Italian shower is between the bedroom and the luxury bathroom.

The second bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a shower (in glass, like the other one) and a beautiful round bathtub. The bathroom is semi-open and very luxurious. You can appreciated the garden view and a direct access. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioned and hot and cold water, one sink and a huge mirror. Accompanied by the attentive 24 hour hospitality service, this will surely guarantee the villas are perfect for your enjoyment.

Upstairs, you can have access to a huge terrace with an amazing 180-degree view. With the sofas, you can enjoy the sunrise or the sunset from this location. You can have access to the air conditioned and to the Wi-Fi around the villa. You will find all the comfort you need for your stay.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact the property manager to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
