Dear Mr. Robert,
thank you for your review, which will help me to improve my description and structure.
The apartment is not for 7 people but for 5 adults and two children when inserting the number of beds in the advertise unfortunately it is not possible to write 5 + 2 but only the number of beds as a number.
The dining room is 4 m wide and 3.70 m long with few furniture therefore according to the Croatian laws quite large for 5 + 2 people. The bed in the single room is 90 x 190 and is considered an adult bed.
In the living room, there is a one two-seat and three-seat couch and the armchair that is 6 seats for adults and therefore also for 5 + 2.
That the apartment is on the first floor was already been written in the description and therefore is not adaptable to disabled people.
The garden is for all house and the guest can comfortably use it as the barbecue.
The bathrooms are being renovated in this period and they will be 2 complete one with shower and one with bathtub with shower also in the tub for the next season.
The boat is not written that it is included but that you can do boat trips with supplement, maybe the sentence is not very clear then I will change it to be clearer.
The terrace is 2.40 m wide and 7.20 m long does not seem small for 5 + 2 people, but consider a small or big thing is relative.
Now with the measures written in the answer, the next clients will be able to judge by themselves.
Also in the photos it is visible that the 4 chairs are of a pattern and the four additions of another model, the 4 additions are new and it was not possible to find them equal, no one has so far commented on this thing.
Photos are all original without any photoshop so everyone can see the picture as well as the house before booking it.
I still thank you for the written comments and where it will be possible I will surely improve my accommodation.
