You may be reluctant to leave the house thanks to the stylish beach décor, fully-fitted kitchen, modern bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. The large deck with pool and gas braai, overlooking the vast Indian ocean, is the perfect place for a sundowner or two or marvel as the whales breach in the bay and the dolphins play in the waves..Located in Umzumbe, regarded as the best kept secret of the South Coast, you will find that you are spoilt for choice when it comes to attractions and activities. Our close proximity to KwaZulu Natal's top attractions, mean that whether you a nature enthusiast, adventure junky or just someone who wants to get away from it all, Umzumbe is the place to be.Points worth noting: - The rates include a cleaning service and DSTV. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jenine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
