Set within gorgeous tropical gardens framed against the dramatic back-drop of the Indian ocean beyond and the surrounding moonsoon-forest, Villa Ungasan imbues the epitome of style and elegance while still retaining the feel and comfort of a family home.

Serenely located at Ungasan within an exclusive enclave, the 400 sqm villa features gracious accommodation and entertaining areas with all rooms overlooking an aquamarine infinity-edge swimming pool.

The ground floor open free-flowing areas comprise family room with adjoining powder room, large plasma TV, American-style kitchen, teak dining suite which seats ten, full-size cocktail bar with fridge, ice maker, wine fridge, stereo, bar lounge and the master bedroom. The family room area can be enclosed with floor to ceiling glass doors and is air conditioned. A outdoor pool shower is located near to the powder room.

The master bedroom with king-size bed features an adjoining study and ensuite marble bathroom with twin vanities - which also contains an outdoor bathroom with a rain shower installed within a beautiful Japanese garden setting.

The family bedroom suite with king-size bed has spectacular ocean views, TV, sofa, and contains an adjoining children's bedroom with twin beds. The ensuite marble bathroom with twin vanities has a full-size tub, shower, wc.

The guest bedroom has similar views and also features a king-size bed, TV, twin lounge chairs and a luxury ensuite marble bathroom. All bedrooms at the villa are air conditioned.

The villa has on display important and interesting artworks throughout and is equipped with every modern convenience, including satellite TV, scanner, DVD, blue ray, stereos, video library, etc.

Housekeeping staff live on-site in separate quarters at the rear of the property. The staff take care of all housekeeping, the swimming pool and gardens. Staff can be summons by a call button located in the family room and each bedroom. The villa is close to stunning beaches and major tourist attractions - and is located just 20 mins from the International airport.

The villa has its own safety and emergency back-up systems including smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, automatic generator, earthquake evacuation sensors, cctv and water storage.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
