Stay in luxury in this beautiful, quiet and safe place, centrally located in the Bay Area/Silicon Valley, ideally suited to the business or leisure traveler wanting a quiet place to stay but not too far from the action. The house/area is close to many shops, restaurants and amenities, and provides easy access to major freeways and public transit to nearby cities, business and attractions.

About the house:

This impressive single family home in Union City, CA, offers many things you would expect in a vacation home. Grand home with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bath, huge master suite, and a relaxing, big backyard with pool, gazebo and hot tub. Pleasing interior with grand entry and beautiful tile floors and curved stairs going to the second story. Large Living room with high cathedral ceilings. Downstairs bedroom with full bath. Custom fireplace with granite front in living room, one of three fireplaces inside the house, including one inside the master bedroom. Newly remodeled Kitchen with beautiful granite counters and recently refinished hardwood floors. Two car attached garage. Large corner lot.

The home is beautifully furnished with California King bed in master bedroom and a hot tub. Queen beds in rooms two and three 9downstairs). Two twin beds in fourth bedroom. We also have Queen size sofa bed in living room downstairs and twin size folding bed in closet, in case they are needed. 55" TV in living room with 400+ channels. Wireless internet throughout the house. Fully equipped kitchen. Two large dining tables in the house, one in the living room and another one in kitchen/family room. Washer/Dryer available.

The house is stocked with things you will need, including multiple towels, extra linens, soaps, shampoos, toilet papers, iron/board, etc. We have also provided a welcome package of things necessary to get you started like coffee and teas and water in the refrigerator.

We have entertainment delight backyard with sparkling swimming pool, hot tub, umbrella with patio chair set, and gazebo with gas-powered fire pit! Perfect for spending some quality time here with family and friends in private swimming pool, or around the fire pit inside the gazebo, or just relaxing under the umbrella overlooking the swimming pool... and may be doing some BBQ as well with our supersize grill...

Dear Reader: We pride ourselves with providing one of the best houses in the area. We receive and serve all our guests with utmost hospitality. You can check the many reviews we have received from previous guests over the years from many popular booking sites. We have 5 STAR reviews from more than 95% of our guests. 'Very clean', 'beautiful', 'exactly as pictured' and 'very nice host' are some of the most common comments we receive. Please check it for yourself. As a matter of fact, the pictures you see were taken by one of the online booking sites we use, and not ours. We are really blessed with so many wonderful guests coming from all over the world. It is true pleasure knowing and serving our guests. It is great to see so many coming as guests and leaving as friends, always appreciative of the service and hospitality we provide. We take reviews and feedbacks from our guests very seriously. We believe they make us better. However this particular reviewer cannot be taken seriously. We received and treated her as well as we do to all our guests. She was as impressed when we showed her the house as everybody else, and not like the worthless piece she is trying to make it now. If she was looking for something outside the norm, she certainly didn't get it because we do not operate that way and we do not give in to blackmail. She is complaining about dishes and cooking, but she left multiple dishes broken (which is rare from our guests), for which we did not charge. It is funny that she is also complaining about smell when, in fact, our cleaning lady worked overtime to clean the mess and smell she left behind. We normally do not write about things like this, but we want you to know that such individuals are as hard on properties as they are on people. Regarding our pricing, we offer a million dollar home at highly competitive rates for the area. Please check other listings and judge for yourself. Our pool and spa are cleaned by a professional cleaner who comes once a week. There is also automatic pool cleaner that runs daily for 3 hours. Like any other pool, on windy days, it is possible that leaves and stuff can fall for which we cannot do anything about, because it is simply not reasonable or practical to clean a pool every hour. We maintain our house very well and take care of any issues promptly. Our guests know that we are only a few minutes away if there is any issue they would like us to address. You can count on us to be there promptly, even past midnight. You can also check the great things previous guests had to say on this issue as well. Thank you for reading. Why can't I call Rahel (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rahel (the owner) a message.

If Rahel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
