The incredible exteriors of this house will make your holiday a dream come true. Its 10m x 5m chlorine pool with a depth of 1m - 2.10m is located right next to a spectacular gazebo from where you can relax and sunbathe while enjoying the privileged views. There is an outdoor shower for you to take a fresh water dip. On the more than 300 m2 of lawn you can play with the little ones or stroll around. There are different terraces, one of them on the edge of the cliffs where you can enjoy a glass of good Mallorcan wine, relax reading a book or enjoy the sunset. The porch is furnished with a table and chairs so that you can have a drink with your companions with views of the horizon. A house of these characteristics wants to provide you with the maximum services and that is why it has a heated swimming pool of 2m x 3m with chlorine with counter-current machine and jacuzzi, which you can use paying a supplement. Finally, the gas barbecue is perfect for enjoying delicious grilled meats and vegetables.
The house has approximately 1000 m2 and is distributed over 3 floors. All the rooms have air conditioning and central heating. On the main floor, the living room is characterized by large windows from where you can enjoy the views. It has a large and comfortable sofa and four armchairs where you can take a nap or watch your favourite series on the satellite TV. The dining room in the same space is very luminous and has a table with chairs. The vitroceramic kitchen is very spacious, modern and independent and has all the necessary utensils and comforts for you to cook your best dishes. It has direct access to the porch and has excellent views. The laundry room is independent and fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, hoover, iron and ironing board.
The villa is distributed over three floors and has a lift. It has 5 comfortable bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other four on the first floor. On the ground floor you will find the bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and there is also a bathroom with shower and 2 more toilets that give service to the whole house. Going upstairs, you will find the other four bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and a modern en suite bathroom with shower and the other two bedrooms, also with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, are very spacious and have views thanks to their large windows and direct access to the balcony. The fifth bedroom is also accessible by lift. It is the most luxurious and, apart from having wonderful views and comforts, it has a small living room with two armchairs, a dressing room, access to a furnished terrace and a spectacular en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage shower and hydro-massage bathtub. From the lift you can also access the -1 floor where you will find a gym and the garage. For the little ones we have a cot and a highchair to make their stay more comfortable.
Puigderrós is an urbanization in the municipality of Llucmajor, most of its houses are luxury homes, in this urbanization you can find all kinds of establishments both restaurants and supermarkets, it is a very quiet area. At 20 minutes by car you will be in the city of Palma, there you will be able to enjoy its old town with its peculiar architecture as well as the obligatory visits such as the cathedral of Palma, the Castle of Bellver or its spectacular and kilometric maritime promenade. If you feel like spending a day at the beach, you will find small rocky coves such as Cala Blava or Playa de Maioris, where we also recommend that you bring your diving goggles to discover the seabed. If you are golf lovers, just 5 minutes away by car you will find the Maioris golf course.
