Precioso apartamento en primera línea de playa, con vistas al mar, tanto en salón, cocina y dormitorio .El apartamento cuenta con wifi,aire acondicionado, terraza, calefacción, dos piscinas, una para mayores y otra para niños, jardines, secadora, microondas, televisor led de 50 pulgadas, horno, tostadora, cafetera, olla exprés, y todo tipo de menaje, con preciosas vistas al mar, y se encuentra situado en la mejor zona de Roquetas a 100 metros de la parada de autobús y 100 metros del Castillito, con más de 100 aparcamientos gratuitos en los alrededores y en la puerta del edificio, permitiendo estacionar el coche incluso en temporada alta. Se puede acceder al la playa particularmente incluso desde la piscina y del jardín.

    Nos ha encantado el apartamento, super bonito y con unas vistas a la playa que podía controlar a mis hijos. No le falta detalle y volveremos a repetir.

    A bright, clean, well furnished apartment. In a great location and has a fabulous view.A few more towels would be helpful. Will certainly be going back.

    Todo muy bien a un paso de la playa céntrico de roquetas y de la urbanización del mismo nombre!!vistas muy buenas al mar y piso se puede decir con todos los útiles!! Muy bien.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Miriam (the owner) a message.

    If Miriam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
