TOTALLY RENOVATED. Great apartment with south orientation and magnificent views on the 2nd line of the beach in the commercial heart of the Urbanization of Roquetas opposite the Hotel Best Sabinal. In the morning, you can enjoy the splendid and cozy terrace with awning while you take your breakfast a great view. Large terrace, Lift and private parking. The accommodation is located just in front of the Hotel Sabinal and 100 meters from the beach (2 minutes literally walking), with a promenade several kilometers in length that extends from the protected area known as Punta de Entinas Sabinar to the Castillo de Santa Ana, a fortification of the SVII century located near the Port of Roquetas de Mar. For its location you can find without needing to take a car, the following services less than 100 meters: - Regular bus Almeria - Roquetas de Mar - Cashier taxi stop automatic 24 h (servired and 4B) - Mercadona at 300 m and supermarket at 50 m - Pizza restaurant Di Modena - Tapas bars - Children's playground - Chairs and hammocks rental, and nautical activities (jet skis and pedals) - Bike rental and buggies - Tourist office at 50m from the Mercadona. The beach has showers and is very well taken care of and every year they usually grant you the blue flag. Very safe and quiet area of tourism. You want to move a little bit, then: 15 minutes by car, you can go to the "Mario Park" water park to the big shopping center "Gran plaza" (both take the bus to the door) or to the aquarium of Roquetas. - Excursion by car, it is worth visiting: - OASYS Theme Park that has a Zoological Reserve with 800 animals of 175 different species, a Village of the West (known as Mini Hollywood) and a pool area for the summer season. - The Gypsum Karst of Sorbas- Some day at the beach in one of the famous and paradisiacal virgin beaches of Almeria (where videos have been shot, such as that of the Almerian David Bisbal- Mónsul Beach) or scenes from Indiana Jones (Playa de los muertos ). Yes, yes, 'Indiana Jones and the last crusade' where the father of Indiana, Sean Conery, scare out some seagulls .- You can also visit (car or bus) the iconic monument of the capital of Almeria (the Alcazaba).
