From the owner

Antica Casa Cristofori is a B & B in a building located in the center of Usini, the Cagnulari wine town. Built in the 19th century, the great-great grandfather of the current owner, as a wedding gift for the firstborn, already working in medical surroundings. In the house have alternated five generations and three women, who have lived here, they have been dedicated to the three rooms that make up the structure. Large common areas: outdoor patio as comfortably furnished and equipped terrace tables under large umbrellas, chairs and refreshing shower; Interior like room, lobby with lounge and library (under construction and Habitable late May). Available for all rooms a small kitchen and laundry room where you can prepare small meals or use the washing machine.

    The house can accommodate children but since the scales they should be closely supervised. they are not permitted to use the exhibits except those specifically those made available to them such as, eg., the basket of the games. It is not allowed to organize parties or noisy meetings, wanting to create in our facility a place of peaceful relaxation. The house contains original antique furniture which called for respect for their resistance to time and historical and sentimental value.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mario e Cristina (the owner) a message.

    If Mario e Cristina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
