A little Parisian Apartment in Jakarta, close to Airport and close access to peripheral toll highway that connects you to the rest of Jakarta. Conveniently attached to a new mall so you can avoid the traffic of Jakarta for shopping and dining.

This is my private apartment but I hardly stay in it. This could be your home during your stay in Jakarta.

There is no dishwasher or laundry in my apartment, but there are reliable laundry services downstairs that you can go to for your dirty clothes.

I will also provide information for my apartment, the residence complex, and the mall when you arrive at my apartment for your better convenience and stay.

I'm happy to meet and greet you when I'm in town, otherwise my staff will be the one you meet though I'm still only a phonecall away :)

The Neighborhood

The complex of the residence is only 20 minutes away from the Airport, and 10 minutes away from Jakarta's peripheral toll highway that connects you to the rest of Jakarta.

There "backyard" of the apartment itself is a mall with a sea view, so you don't have to drive for dining, hang out or shopping. Just take 1 minute walk to the mall entrance door and you'll find what you need.

If you have a car, a neighboring self-sufficient complex at Pantai Indah Kapuk is only 5 minutes drive and you will find anything you need.

When it becomes too hot, you can go downstairs for a swim. Or you may also want to take a stroll around the self-sufficient neighborhood.

Getting around

You can catch taxi at any time of the day from the mall's lobby or the apartment's lobby, or take the integrated busway of Trans Jakarta that stops in front of the apartment.

If you need to rent a car during your stay in Jakarta, I can help you to arrange in advanced.

There is also a shuttle bus that goes to Emporium Mall three times a day from Baywalk Mall.

Other Things to Note

Some major roads in CBD Jakarta, at certain hours are not passable unless there are three persons in a car (the three-in-one rule). This apartment is not located within this CBD, rather close to the airport and the famous old town of Batavia.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Dina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
