Eclectic Caribbean Casa!

We are proud to present 5 O’Clock Somewhere as the newest property in our inventory. This is the first time this property has ever been rented, and it will be a treat for those who love Caribbean colors and accents. Nowhere but Somewhere is comparable to it!

You’ll notice this TradeWind property immediately, and you’ll do so with a smile. The whimsical paint scheme you see outside is carried on throughout the interior of the home making each room a delight!

5 O’Clock Somewhere boasts three bedrooms in the main house.

An overly large Master with en-suite bath, including dual vanity basins, glass block shower, and Tommy Bahama furniture is entered via double doors from the foyer of the home.

The second bedroom is incredibly spacious and, like the rest of the home, decorated in a Caribbean theme! With windows on two sides the light and the air flow are to be envied.

The third bedroom, while a bit more diminutive than the Master and the second bedroom, makes up for it’s size with stunning views of the Caribbean every morning and evening, a private deck, and a full en-suite bath, again with double vanity basins, and a tile and glass block shower.

As lovely as the bedrooms in this home are, the Great Room, encompassing the living room, dining room, and kitchen is spectacular! Wall to wall windows offer sweeping views of the Caribbean at it’s best! An outdoor covered deck has a table and seating so that you can enjoy the best cup of morning coffee you may have ever had! Two glass doors from the Great Room access the deck and provide access to the sea as well. Just stroll down the steps, exit through the gate with the wrought iron turtle on it, and you’re sea side.

This home sits just to the west of Paradise Cove, a natural cove with a white sand beach on it. Many of the full time residents in the area use this beach to begin their snorkeling of a morning; you can, too!
