The Space
On the ground floor there are two big terraces. One is covered with kiwi trees, and on the other one is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, such as chairs and deckchairs. There are three large dining tables under covered terrace, and the nearby barbecue area is perfect for preparing fresco meals.
The house is surrounded by a garden which is full of plants, lemon and orange trees, oak trees. It is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday for families with children or larger groups.

6-7 cars parking in the ground of the villa. The parking area is separate by a bridge from the other houses so it is very safe and also well lit. A car is recommended.

The Neighborhood
Great location. All part of Montenegro and tourist attractions are close (half or one day trip). Ideal for both quiet and relaxing holiday and exploring Montenegro. Also exploring the surrounding beaches with our rubber motor boat is possible.
Getting Around
Coastal village and resort Kruce and the house is 10 km from historical old town Ulcinj and 17 km from urban town Bar, (which represents the biggest tourist and Nautical centre at the entrance to the Adriatic Sea), 55 km from popular Budva (dynamic night life), 75 km from old town Kotor (UNESCo heritage) and 67 km from old capital town Cetinje.
Podgorica airport (1h by car): Ryanair flights from London and Brussels
Tivat airport (1.5 h by car) and Dubrovnik (3h by car, border 0.5h): There are Easy Jet and many others low cost companies.
Not far from the house, in the direction of Ulcinj, is the famous place and nudists beach Ada Bojana with a lot of excellent fish restaurants (20km). There are kiteboarding, kitesurfing school, on Long beach near Ulcinj, - 15 km from the house.
In direction of the Bar are Haj Nehaj fortress, the castle with the remains of the 15th Century, and the castle of King Nikola and other historical and cultural attractions in Bar. An olive tree that is more than 2000 years old, the Skadar Lake with one of the largest habitats for birds, as well as a large number of monasteries and churches. Numerous festivals and cultural events are also held.
To go out in the evening for families, we recommend Bar and restaurant Knjazeva Basta, 17km. For teenagers we recommend to go out in disco club in Utjeha (5 km). For daily trip we recommend you to visit exclusive tourist place Sveti Stefan (50km) and Budva old town (57km) with big choice shops, cafes and restaurants.
Ada Bojana far 19 km (Albanian Buna) is popular among foreign tourists from Western Europe for its peace and unique atmosphere.
Other Things to Note
Lovely beaches and atractive places are nearby. Our apartments are in a relaxinf, quiet, children- friendly residence, separate from the main road so the access to the beach is very safe, the path to the beach is pedestrian-only. The Kruče beach is part sandy and part pebble stony. The sea is warm and calm, since it is surrounded by a bay and oak forest so there is plenty of shade, also.
