Reconnue comme l’une des plus belles locations de vacances en Provence, À Vaison la Romaine et au Mont Ventoux, le Mas est une propriété de standing en pierres, offrant une surface totale de 250m2 entièrement climitisée, implantée sur 20 000m2 de terrain entièrement clôturé.

Le mas 5 étoiles saint quenin est équipé d’une piscine chauffée (option), sécurisée de 14 mètres linéaires avec plage en bois ombragée sur sa moitié, par une tonnelle, salle d'eau et WC à proximité. 16 transats confortables sont à disposition.

La sécurité de la piscine est assurée par :

- Système d’alarme électronique de détection de chute

- Clôture piscine (amovible)

- Portillon de sécurité enfant

La partie principale (photo 1), climatisée, est ouverte sur le jardin ainsi que sur la grande terrasse panoramique. Elle comprend :

- Une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur américain avec distributeur de glaçons intégré.

- Une salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 26 personnes.

- Un salon avec une grande cheminée en pierre (non fonctionnelle).

- Une terrasse panoramique de 80m2, avec barbecue plancha, espace repas, détente, et babyfoot. (Fermée avec des bâches transparentes de fin octobre à fin mars permettant de doubler la surface de la pièce à vivre, soit 160m2 ! (Chauffage terrasse possible en option))

- Un jacuzzi extérieur (optionnel)

La partie nuit, une ancienne bergerie reliée à la partie principale par un escalier intérieur en pierre et un grand puits de lumière :

- Chambre 1 : lit en 160cm, douche à l'italienne et WC séparé + climatisation. (2 couchages)

- Chambre 2 : lit en 160cm (séparable en deux lits indépendants) et un lit superposé, salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne et WC indépendant + climatisation.

How do damage deposits work?

If CEDRIC (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
