Good ski accommodation let down by poor Wi-fi

We stayed at Les Balcons over easter. The accommodation overall was good and we enjoyed our stay. The only comments I would make is that the size of the living space in the apartment is okay for 4 adu… More

Bonjour je suis désolé que la connexion WiFi ai été trop faible. il s'agit d'une connexion immeuble et je n'ai aucun moyen d'y remédier. Concernant l'accès aux pistes peut-etre ne l'avez vous pas vu mais il y a un accés piste direct sur la place devant l'immeuble selon la neige et à défaut si la neige est moins importante par l'ascenseur de l'immeuble d'en face vous etes directement sur les pistes. (c'est bien indiqué dans le local de ski) j'y étais la semaine avant vous et avec 3m de hauteur de neige devant le chalet les depart se faisaient directement devant l'entré du chalet sur la place . le retour de piste est à 50m du chalet à coté du pub . Concernant les oreillers il y a 8 oreillers j'ai contrôlé moi meme le jour d'avant votre arrivé . Concernant le micron Onde il fonctionnait également le jour d'avant votre arrivé puisque j'occupais l'appartement mais il est possible qu'il soit tombé en panne lors de votre séjour . J'en suis navré et je vais le changer . J'espéré que vous avez tout de même passé de belles vacances et compte tenu de la neige exceptionnelle que nous avons eu cette année , vous avez pu profiter du lus grand domaine de ski du monde . How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Dominique (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
