Your stay in Valbonne at "La Rose des Vents" Villa **** furnished in France, will offer you a sweet scent of Provence. Valbonne has cultivated the charm and authenticity of the old, beautifully preserved village. The villa is on one level and opens onto the pool and the exotic garden. Very bright villa in lush greenery, located in a residential area. Living room with carved stone fireplace, a dining room, a very functional kitchen with all accessories for who likes to cook! A bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) with electric box spring with French window that opens onto the pool, a large mirror cabinet, a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, 2 sinks independent washbasin, wc independent in the bathroom and another side entrance. Mezzanine: 2 additional beds (80 X 200) of a place are in the mezzanine. Under the arbor a stone table with its wrought iron chairs and armchairs with cushions. Bar side, 6 high chairs at the counter. 1 gas BBQ Pool side 4 sun loungers and a large umbrella. Washing machine, drying rack Parking space with automatic gate. Summer and winter, Valbonne comes in the colors of the seasons ... Nestled in the middle of an exotic garden, this house will enchant you, it will welcome you for a quiet stay. Garden and swimming pool invite to relax in the midday sun. The shaded arbor is conducive to a good table. Built with noble materials, you will be seduced by its charm ...     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send SAUSSEZ (the owner) a message.

    If SAUSSEZ (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
