15 min from VALENCIA. This is a Spanish/American-owned 2 bedroom beach condo on the second floor with elevator in a lovely beach condo building. It is the perfect combination for a Mediterranean coastal stay with quick and easy access to Spain's 3rd largest city as well as quaint towns in the area. El Puig is the nicest 'suburb' town of Valencia with a famous 13th-century monastery at its center. It is just 4 highway exits away from the city and has a 17 min. train ride into the center from the town's center. The town center is 2.5 km. inland from its beach. Car recommended.

The sea-front condo on the beach of El Puig has views of the Mediterranean below, even from the main bedroom and is literally steps away from the beach. It is in a private complex with a fronton court (a Spanish game similar to an outdoor version of squash), a tennis court, 2 paddle courts, playground, and restaurant with outdoor seating and bar (please note, we do not explicitly provide racquets and balls or beach toys). There is also a bar, shop, bakery and supermarket in summer months only.

In the months of June 15-Sept.15, there is a 35 meter long swimming pool. Large kiddy pool open all summer, depending on weather. The direct beach access is seconds away, with a pedestrian walkway that stretches for several kilometers towards Puzol and La Pobla de Farnals beach.

The apartment itself has 2 bedrooms, both with Queen-size beds, one with a single mattress under one bed that can be pulled out for children, assumedly. There is also a very comfortable sofa-bed that is firm and also queen-sized, sleeping a total of 7 people. We are child friendly and also provide a baby pack-and-play when necessary. Internet wifi and one parking spot included in price.

The large covered terrace, looking onto the Mediterranean, is perfect for spring, summer and fall outdoor eating and lounging. We provide the appropriate heating in the winter months, Dec-Feb. However, if you are from a chillier country, you can still enjoy the sun in the mid-day even in January here in Valencia's mild climate.

We live in a beach house within a 2 minute walk to the apartment. So we almost always personally meet you and get you settled in and can give you any recommendations you need. We have 3 young children so if you forgot something or need something extra during your stay, we are happy to lend you whatever you may need. During holidays, we may ourselves be out of town, but would let you know who will be meeting you ahead of time. I am also the owner and official guide of Valencia Private Tours and am happy to offer your family a 25% discount on any tours booked with me.

Extremely well presented and equipped apartment two minutes from the beach. Kate, the owner, was lovely and so helpful. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sarah-Kate (the owner) a message.

If Sarah-Kate (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
