The apartment is on the second floor of a three-storey building, with a 100 year old, fully renovated. It is very bright and has been created in a single space.

Noted for its comfort and personality, with an area of ??90 m² diaphanous.

The area housing the bedroom has an open space of 6m ² destined to shower and dressing. The 2x2m bed futon on wooden decking, provides a good and healthy sleep.

 It has created a chill-out area of ??9 m² with tatami mats and lots of pillows of various sizes combined with an old table thai. Where there are 2x2m bed with high-density foam.

It has a central area in the apartment that houses a large sofa napa peculiar dimensions quoted Baxter house and a corner formed by two large and cozy armchairs with footstools antique furniture accompanied by a hotel reception become Seller , key cabinet and all that profit that may occur to our guests. A perfect place for gathering with a good wine or coffee.

The wall turns to the facade has been restored by the stone emerge and old bricks. It has three large windows fitted with double glazed windows, one of which gives access to a balcony overlooking the Turia riverbed.

It has a 32 "with swivel bracket and rotating wall, which offers a view of the screen from virtually the entire apartment.

The kitchen area is equipped with appliances such as microwave, electric oven, gas hob city design, etc. .., with furniture of high quality stainless steel. Care has been taken comfort in the kitchen and cooking utensils available at home. It has a dining room and a small social area to enjoy the pleasure of cooking in the company.

It has a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The city gas heater with an abundant flow of water. It also has air conditioning / heating 8000 BTU, which will provide high comfort in both summer and winter, the effect being almost instantaneous.

 The floor was made thoroughly with a comprehensive thermal and acoustic insulation, decked by a parquet made from recycled wood.

The lighting in kitchen has been resolved with LED tubes for maximum power and clarity. In the central beam of the apartment have placed great recycled five photos with powerful lighting that dominates the entire apartment. The remaining spaces are lights warm lights and ceiling lamps desktop to create more immersive environments.

The apartment has a mini computer hp at your disposal and free wifi service.

Also find, bedding, down comforters and duvets, towels, hair dryer, full kitchen utensils, wine glasses, cocktail, brandy, etc.., Electric kettle, coffee maker, spices, oil, salt, honey, sugar and basic codimientos needed in a kitchen, stereo and personalized welcome gift.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send María José (the owner) a message.

If María José (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
