NEW HOLIDAYS VALENCIA offers a three-bedroom apartment on the 15th floor with stunning views to the sea (see pics), part of a resort with all facilities included.

The apartment is a luxury three-bedroom apartment with 2 double rooms, 1 single room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, spacious living room, big kitchen and, a huge massive terrace with the most beautiful views to the sea ever seen and where to enjoy the nicest meals you could ever imagine. The apartment does not need heater or A/C as weather and breeze will do the rest.

The apartment provides, washing machine, dish washer, TVs, linen, 2 fridges, microwaves, kitchenware and Wi-Fi.

The Plans-Mar Resort is a quiet resort where to come with friends or family and enjoy a relaxing holiday next to the beach. Guest will also be able to enjoy 2 different swimming pools(available only in summer season), 3 tennis courts, 2 padel courts, football and basketball fields, and a skate ring. All leisure for all different ages is displayed for guests in Plans-Mar Resort.

The Resort also has two well-known restaurants: Noray Restaurant and Marisma Tavern.

The Resort also has parking area and free private parking too. And NOW, we also offer FREE Private Parking in VALENCIA CITY CENTRE.

The Resort is located just by the sea and only 10 mins away from Valencia city. It belongs to El Puig council. El Puig is one of the most beautiful village in Valencia thanks to its well-know Monastery.

The area is very popular for being homeland of the world wide famous Paella, for its Horxata originated in the area and for its wonderful oranges which has gained a unequalled reputation. Its great location is a perfect opportunity to discover the culture and traditions of locals and stay away from massive busy tourist areas.

A nice 15 mins walk by the sea will lead you to a leisure area with all amenities and plenty of restaurants, shops, pubs, street markets and leisure activities.

Valencia is the third biggest city of Spain and is rich in culture, traditions, architecture, yummy food, sun, night life, gardens, events and a beautiful town centre. Valencia hosts known international events such as F1 Gran Prix, American's Cup, Fallas and MotoGP.

    How do damage deposits work?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Xavier (the owner) a message.

    If Xavier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
