Ricefield apartment is a very comfortable and centric apartment in Valencia that has some luxury touches. It has 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom with a 150X200cm bed and a twin bedroom with 2 90X190cm beds. The master bedroom as a bathroom ensuite and there is another complete bathroom in the corridor. Both bathrooms have shower and the bathroom at the corridor has a washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with vitroceramic, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and squeezer. It has also dishwasher.

Ricefield apartment has heating for winter and central air conditioning for summer. It has also WiFi.

The building where Ricefield is located in the 5th floor was very old and it was pulled down years ago. It was built again maintaining the facade and some decorative elements such as doors and bars. The result is an elegant, modern and comfortable building.

The apartment's location is magnificent. The heartbeat of Valencia is just outside the front door. The Central Market is just at 100 meters and you can see it from the balconies of Ricefield apartment. The location of the apartment in the very heart of the city allows easy access to all cultural and historic sites, shopping areas, restaurants, tapas bars,..

If you fancy shopping while travelling, you are also lucky: the apartment is situated in the chic shopping area of the city....All you need is literally minutes from your doorstep! The minute you walk out the door, you will feel you are in the centre of everything, yet the apartment itself is a haven of peace.

And from your main door, the bus and the Underground will take you to the sandy beaches of Valencia in less than 30 minutes

Why can't I call Pilar (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pilar (the owner) a message.

If Pilar (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
