Casa ManGo is a rental house in a residential area in the colonial town of Valladolid, located in a private street at +- 1km/mile from the central square.

The house has 2 floors. Downstairs there is a living room with TV, toilet and complete kitchen. Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower, and 3 bedrooms, 1 with a King Size and/or individual bed and 2 comunicate bedrooms (one with a shower) each one with 1 bunk bed and 1 individual bed.

Outside a swimming pool, hammocks and barbeque area.

We include: taxes, electricity, air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, water (also drinking water), cleaning and all the inside and outside facilities.

Due to its central and very safe location, Valladolid is the ideal place to visit Chichén Itzá (one of the 7 new world wonders, 35 min drive), Ek Balam (almost intact stucco façade, 25 min), Izamal (Magical village, 90min), Ría Lagartos (flamingos, birds and other wildlife, 90 min) and Punta Laguna (monkeys,75min). Besides this Valladolid is surrounded by its amazingly beautiful cenotes (sinkholes) and convents, and not to forget its very friendly (Maya) people!

Why can't I call Vivyana y Toon (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vivyana y Toon (the owner) a message.

If Vivyana y Toon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
