C'est au 1er étage du bâtiment, avec sa terrasse privative de 16 m², son accès direct à la cour commune où est située la piscine, entre convivialité et intimité préservée, que le mandarine affiche les couleurs de l'agrume dont il porte le nom.

Il peut être loué pour jusqu'à 6 personnes en basse saison, et 4 personnes en juin/juillet/août.

Il est l'un des 4 gîtes de notre grande maison avec piscine partagée située dans Vallon Pont d'Arc, à proximité immédiate de toutes commodités et activités.

Le Mandarine, d'une surface de 42m², est entièrement équipé, et constitué de 2 chambres (l'une avec lit double en 140 x 200 cm, l'autre avec un lit superposé (2 x 90 x 200 cm)), d'une pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine et coin salon avec canapé convertible (type BZ en 140 x 200 cm), d'une terrasse privative de 16 m², d'une salle de bain, et de toilettes séparées.

Équipement: Cuisine équipée avec four, plaque de cuisson vitrocéramique, four micro-ondes,réfrigérateur-congélateur, lave vaisselle, cafetière, grille pain.

Accès WIFI, barbecue, salon de jardin.

How do damage deposits work?
