Hoewel de omgeving van Domaine Les Rives de l’Ardèche voornamelijk wordt gedomineerd door het ruige natuurschoon en wuivende wijnvelden, kent het gebied veel pittoreske dorpen. Het levendige Ruoms, even ten noorden van Domaine Les Rives de l’Ardèche begon ooit als een klooster. Daaromheen groeide langzaam een dorpje dat nu een geliefde vakantieplek is. Villa Bienvenue staat op het gezellige vakantie park Les Rives de l'Ardèche, gasten mogen kosteloos gebruik maken van de faciliteiten van het park.

Deze ruime en smaakvol ingerichte villa met 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers is gelegen op een prachtige locatie binnen het luxe villapark, de villa en de tuin bieden veel privacy en fraai uitzicht. De woonkamer heeft een comfortabele zithoek met open haard en televisie met onder andere Nederlandstalige kanalen. Vanuit de woonkamer loopt u door naar de eetkamer met eethoek en dubbele schuifpui naar het terras. De ruime open keuken is voorzien van inductiekookplaat, oven, magnetron en vaatwasser.

De villa is gelegen nabij het grote gemeenschappelijke zwembad op het prachtige vakantiepark Les Rives des L'Ardeche, vlakbij het riviertje de l'Ardeche. Ons huis is babyvriendelijk, kinderbed, kinderstoel en aankleedkussen aanwezig in huis. Het gezellige dorpje Vallon-Pont-d'Arc ligt op korte afstand van het park, hier vindt u allerlei faciliteiten. Op het vakantiepark kunt u kosteloos gebruik maken van het gemeenschappelijke buitenzwembad en de tennisbanen. De villa ligt op een ruim perceel van 1000m2 met parkeerruimte voor 3 auto’s.

Er zijn 2 tweepersoonsslaapkamers op de begane grond. De villa beschikt over twee badkamers, 1 op de begane grond en 1 op de eerste verdieping. De eerste badkamer is voorzien van wastafel en douche. De tweede badkamer beschikt over een wastafel, toilet en bad. Slaapkamer met elk twee eenpersoonsbedden (lengte 2.10 m) en een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden (lengte 2.00 m) bevinden zich op de eerste verdieping . Alle 4 slaapkamers hebben airconditioning

Buiten:

Vanuit de villa loopt u zo uw tuin in waar u kunt genieten van het buitenleven op het royale overdekte terras met tuinmeubilair. Het prive zwembad (4,5 x 9 m, diepte 1,1 - 2 m) heeft een trap zodat u gemakkelijk toegang heeft. Het privé zwembad is geopend van april tot en met oktober. Naast het zwembad ligt een fijn gazon, heerlijk voor de kinderen om op te spelen. Achterin de tuin vindt u nog een extra schaduwrijk zitje onder de bomen.

How do damage deposits work?
