Deze heerlijke villa ligt op het Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, dichtbij de entree van het park. Op het park is een groot gemeenschappelijk zwembad aanwezig en kunt u gebruik maken van de tennisbanen. Het park is gelegen aan de rivier de Ardèche, nabij het gezellige dorpje Vallon Pont d'Arc. Met de auto bent u in drie minuutjes in het centrum van het dorpje. Als u door de authentieke straatjes slentert, en op een van de vele terrasjes plaatsneemt bevindt u zich middenin de typisch Franse cultuur. Voor natuurliefhebbers is Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche een perfecte uitvalsbasis.

Beide slaapkamers zijn voorzien van een twee eenpersoonsbedden.

Goed ingerichte villa (ca. 84m2) voor maximaal 4 personen. Alle ruimtes bevinden zich op de begane grond. Ruime en sfeervol ingerichte woonkamer met aparte zit- en eethoek en een open keuken die is voorzien is van alle moderne gemakken, waaronder een vaatwasser, oven en ander apparatuur, waardoor het u aan niets zal ontbreken. De villa beschikt tevens over een wasmachine en wifi internet. Twee slaapkamers met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Badkamer met bad en douche (in bad), wastafel en toilet. Apart toilet bevindt zich in de hal.

De villa heeft een overdekt terras met tuinmeubilair waar u kunt genieten van de vele zonuren in deze regio!

Privezwembad (8 x 3,5 m) met Romeinse trap biedt u de nodige verkoeling in de warme zomermaanden! Het privé zwembad is geopend van april tot en met oktober.

De tuin heeft naast fraaie borders ook een fijn gazon. Uw auto kunt u parkeren in de schaduw onder de carport.
