Très bel appartement de 45 mètres carrés, terrasse couverte de 8 m2. Elle est ouverte à l'avant ou fermée par 3 grandes baies vitrées (avec volets roulants électriques) donnant une vue panoramique sur la mer. L'appartement est au 2° étage (ascenseur) d'un immeuble situé en première ligne. Il est traversant donc très clair, les fenêtres ouvertes de parts et d’autres permettent à l’air marin de rafraichir les pièces.

Ce logement est un grand T2 qui possède tout le confort, une grande cuisine aménagée avec lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur et congélateur, plaques vitrocéramiques 3 feux, four pyrolyse, le plan de travail est en granit. Vaisselle en abondance, cafetière électrique et senseo, grille pain, bouilloire électrique, aspirateur, fer à repasser, radio, TV, etc. Une table carrée blanche et chaises.

- Un coin salon avec canapé système rapido, grand confort, pour 2 adultes, couchage en 160 (matelas de 18 cm d'épaisseur) Séparé par un pan de mur, une banquette confortable vous permet de regarder la télévision ou la mer en face. La plage est à 20 mètres.

- une chambre donnant sur le parking privé de la copropriété, donc très calme et claire (2 fenêtres) 2 grands placards (étagères et penderie) un lit pour 2 personnes, couchage en 140 de large. Vous devez impérativement amener le protège matelas et les sous taies d'oreillers, cela vous sera demandé à votre arrivée, c'est une question d'hygiène.

- une salle de bains bien agencée avec douche (lave linge). Les toilettes sont séparées.

L’immeuble a été ravalé au printemps 2017.

Les draps, serviettes de toilette et torchons ne sont pas fournis pour cette location.

La voiture est recommandée mais n'est pas indispensable car les commerces sont à proximité à 20 mètres et 150 mètres supérette boucherie traiteur boulangerie restaurants, journaux etc.

- Une place de parking gratuite, sécurisée, numérotée, sous vidéo surveillance 24/24h dans l’enceinte de la copropriété est à votre disposition.

Cet appartement est à 80 mètres du casino (salles de jeux)

En cas de perte des clés il vous sera demande un montant de 110€.

Un protège matelas ou tout linge de lit taché, vous devrez vous acquitter d'un montant de 40€.

Valras plage est une ville très animée, très attrayante, de nombreuses activités, et attractions, de belles ballades et visites à faire dans les environs . Un très grand marché a lieu 2 fois par semaine.

des documents vous seront remis avec n° utiles, marchés etc.

WARNING, children are admitted under certain conditions, you must monitor them. Still on the 2nd floor. Park the bay windows, lock them, close the 2 windows. No remotes electric shutters within their reach so they do not get stuck between the shutters and the guardrail of the terrace. Also watch for the utensils and equipment of this apartment. No baby equipment such as the high chair to eat, the bed, the relax, the bath and the stroller.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send L. (the owner) a message.

If L. (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
