Au cœur de la Provence, "Le Clos Chantebise", est une maison de charme indépendante, exposée plein Sud, sur un terrain arboré de 5000 m². Entourée de vignes, de lavandes et de chênes, cette maison entièrement restaurée (80 m²) est idéale pour 4 personnes et vous offrira confort et calme.

Descriptif de la maison :

Une terrasse de 50 m² avec salon de jardin, bains de soleil, barbecue...

Un salon/salle à manger et une cuisine aménagée avec baies vitrées donnant sur la terrasse.

Divers appareils électro-ménagers : four électrique, micro-ondes, plaques à induction, frigo, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, lave-linge, fer à repasser, TV écran plat, Lecteur CD, ...

2 chambres avec lits en 140 de large,

Valréas, située à 5 mn en voiture (2km), propose divers commerces et supermarchés.

Tout au long de l'année, vous dégusterez de savoureux produits du terroir tout en appréciant un vin des Côtes-du-Rhône.

La lavande fleurit en juillet et colore en bleu-violet la campagne. Au gré de vos balades, vous observerez la récolte de cette plante ainsi que la distillation des fleurs.

De mi-novembre à mi-mars, la truffe fait également la renommée de la région. Au cours de cette période, Richerenches, à 10 mn du Clos Chantebise, s'anime d'un célèbre marché aux truffes, dans lequel vous pourrez flâner et observer producteurs et courtiers. Vous découvrirez ce précieux champignon dans une omelette lors de diverses animations.

La région est riche d'un patrimoine culturel et artistique (divers festivals, expositions, marchés provençaux,...) :

Avignon avec son festival, le Palais des Papes, ..., à 70 km

Orange, Vaison-la-Romaine et leur théâtre romain,..., à 25 km
