From the owner

Peacefully located and enjoying shared use of the large swimming pool with the discreet owner, this charming, tastefully restored semi-detached gîte is part of an 18th-century Provençal farmhouse and has a private terrace and garden, with shared use of a small park.

Neighbouring farms sell fresh produce and Valréas, 1km and Valreas hosts a lively Provençal market. The property is a fantastic base for visiting Rhône wine producers. The owner work in the wine industry and can recommend some wonderful producers in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Valreas, Gigondas, Rasteau and Vacqueyras.

Great hiking all around the immediate area and the region.

Discover the Château de Grignan, 9km. Nyons, 15km, is one of France's leading producers of olives and oil. Visit Roman ruins in Vaison-la-Romaine, 28km, and Orange, 35km. Avignon is 70km.

Shop, café/bar and restaurant 1km.

Check-in: Prefer a Saturday check-in for weekly rentals, however please contact me to discuss.

Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen. First floor: Spacious bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 1 super king size bedroom with single sofa bed in double bedroom (or can be moved to the lounge).

Electric heating, all fuel and power, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, DVD player, cassette/CD player, wi-fi, washing machine, freezer, microwave, garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets. NB: Open-tread stairs to first floor.
