Our house is newly built Casamera where we have painstaking in the details for the enjoyment and comfort of discerning where his architecture blends with the landscape that surrounds it. Located on the outskirts of the village, it is a quiet, peaceful, a place where visitors can enjoy a holiday as I had imagined. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes and unique, a few meters away from the cliffs of the Atlantic Ocean which impacts positively on the weather. During the summer months it is rarely too hot (max. 26 ° C) and in winter rarely fall below 20 ° C. The region is sparsely populated by original vegetation, the house has gardens and orchard of fruit trees and nearby they are scattered small agricultural fields. The Casamera is spacious and bright open and full of natural light. In the lobby you will find a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and bar stools in the kitchen. Between the living room and the kitchen is a small dining area with table and chairs. From the living room is accessed through a large window from floor to ceiling to the terrace. Las condiciones metereologicas adversas padecidas en la isla durante la estancia de este huesped, incluyendo la tormenta Enma y su virulencia por todo el archipielago y Europa, nada habituales en nuestra isla, supusieron que la estufa de funcionamiento sencillo y debidamente explicado, resultara al parecer insuficiente para la calidez de la casa de arquitectura tipica herreña. Nos solicitaron cambio por problemas de salud y los reubicamos enseguida. Hemos tenido huespedes con una excelente satisfaccion con una estancia de mas de 21 dias. Todos nuestros alojamientos estan debidamente equipados para tal fin. Sin embargo estamos a la disposicion de todo huesped en caso de algun requerimiento que podamos satisfacer. Con respecto al fregadero lo tomaremos en cuenta y analizaremos en caso de proceder a su sustitucion. El rigor en la limpieza, resulta imprescindible como bandera de nuestros alojamientos. Lamentamos esta opinión contraria de este cliente. Nuestra Casa La Casamera es un lugar encantador. Nuestras condiciones de reservas y normas son comunicadas a todos nuestros clientes previamente. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ARMINDO (the owner) a message.

If ARMINDO (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
