This property, also known as 'La Casa Azul of Guarazoca', is located in the municipal district of Valverde, the island's capital. Just 8 km from the airport and 5 minutes from the Roquillos tunnel, one of the main infrastructures of the island, 'El Tenique', built in 1905, has more than one century old. It has been rehabilitated recently respecting its original structure of stone walls with more than 90 cm of thickness, ceilings and floors of noble wood, etc.

In addition, has a wide area of recreation, including barbecue, ideal for having a good time and enjoy the company. The House is suitable for families and has everything you need if you are travelling with a baby.

The Tenique boasts a traditional pajero, a stone house with ceiling and wooden floors attached to the Blue House for the BBQ area.

It is fully equipped with all the necessary services so that a couple can enjoy a peaceful stay, there is also a sofa bed if you are travelling with children.

This pajero is the ideal complement to the Blue House if two couples, since it would allow them to share a room with total privacy and sharing the common areas of the property whenever they want.

El alojamiento nos ha gustado mucho. La casa está muy bien equipada y es muy acogedora, el único pero es que la zona es un poco ventosa.
