Front door has private foyer with remarkable decor and extra privacy (with direct egress to the street which is great if you have a dog). Large garden balcony.

ONE DOG IS OK..no cats or other creatures. BABE-IN-ARMS ok too...but toddlers and young kids would not be a great fit what with all the art and breakables in the house.
