Frontal lakeview apartment ,with privat parking and public located in Fiumelatte the nearest suburb of Varenna and easy public parking in the center of Varenna. 80 meters from the lake and the beach ,2 minutes only by car from varenna center ,1 lakeview bedroom , 1 bathroom with a shower and washingmaschine, large lakview living-room , fireplace and 2 kingsize sofabeds for some additional people , a fully equipped lakeview kitchen area with a dishwasher, from 2-max 6 people. If clients like to walk, a pleasant walk along the lake of 25/35 minutes leads to varenna center, first there is a 5 minutes along short cut walk and then along the villa monastero gardens or they can use the local 2 minutes train which connect the suburb Fiumelatte to the center. Wifi available

-TOURISM TAX of euro 2,00 euro each a day is to be paid from the client to us , we owe this amount, together with the clients documents details ,to our authorities .

- Only the heating is the only extra-cost, on consumption basis but only during the winer season , there is a metered gas and clients pay only what they use, it costs euro 1,5 each cubic meter, the most convenient in italy.

Distances are really describes to the beach and to the centre, i cannot write was not real is. In the apartment there are more soft and more thick pillows as clients prefer .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marilena (the owner) a message.

If Marilena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
