15 minute drive to downtown Varna,enjoy the peace and quite of a small village, but not to far to enjoy the nightlife of Varna.

Private Villa is 180 sq meters on a 600 sq meter lot, gated. 2 bedrooms, plus a large finished basement with 2 beds, but can easily sleep , and a sofa-sleeper in the family room. You will fall in love with the surroundings, and want to return, every year. You can go for walks on the beach, walk in the forest, bike riding, ect. Regular bus line into Varna, that runs on the hour.

The home features two balconies with a view, dining area for 6, queen size bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in other bedroom, full basement that can sleep 2-4 people, and a full size pull-out sofa bed, in the family room. Air Conditioner, Satellite TV, DVD player, stereo,Internet connection possibility, washing machine, outside barbecue. The home is gated and has security.

Other services upon request: Maid service, cooking, babysitting, driver, and washing. Languages spoken English & Bulgarian. However, if you need a car we have car for you to use or we can make arrangements for someone to drive you to wherever you want to go.

Modern home nicely decorated with tasteful decor and paintings. Appliances are stainless steel, with all the necessary amenities, Tile through-out the house, with laminate flooring in the bedrooms. Two beautiful wood armories and a sitting area with a mirror in the bedrooms. Fruit trees with plum's, cherries, grapes and peaches or you can pick fresh tomatoes from the garden. Play area with grass 5 by 10 meters. Outdoor barbecue with seating for up to 10 people.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Emil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
