Wonderful apartment of 1700, completely renovated, the Coliseum Rome Apartment Suite is located at 10 minutes walking distance from the Coliseum, in the heart of the ancient "Rione Monti". 300 mt from Subway Line B ("Cavour" station) and 400 mt from Subway Line A ("Vittorio Emanuele" station).

The unit have Air Conditioning, High-Speed broadband Wi-fi Internet connection, a dining area and a seating area with a satellite flat screen TV. There are the washing-machine, the hair dryer and many others amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a refrigerator as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. The “Suite” apartment (suitable up to 4 people) is composed of a big living room with 2 single beds, an equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and one bathroom finely furnished. Bed linens are of course provided.

The apartment is located in the historical center:

- 400 meters from the Metro B (stop "Cavour")

- 500 meters from the Metro A (stop "Vittorio Emanuele")

- 800 mt from Termini station

- 1.5 km from Trevi Fountain

- 2.0 Km from the Spanish Steps

Why can't I call Gianluca (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gianluca (the owner) a message.

If Gianluca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
