With a fantastic sea view, house rosa is one of the best holiday homes in Picena; a very peaceful place to spend a perfect family holiday. The house has on the lower floor a very intimate and beautiful fireplace area, a private kitchen, 2 bedrooms each equipped with a double bed, a private bathroom with shower, free wi-fi and a terrace with sea view while on the upper floor it has a spacious terrace with sea view, a private kitchen, 2 bedrooms one equipped with a double bed and a single bed while the other only has a

double bed, a private bathroom with shower, free wi-fi, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The house also has a free private parking and is only 70 m away from Picena beach, a usually uncrowded pebble beach ideal for children where you can also rent kayaks. The ferry port and the center of Vela Luka are 4.3 km away from the house and the nearest shop is

3.6 km away. The house is not equipped with a washing machine but if necessary we still offer a laundry service where we come to collect the clothes to be washed, we take them to a laundry and bring them back to you as soon as possible. We do not manage the rental of the kayaks.

Das Haus verfügt außerdem über kostenfreie Privatparkplätze und ist nur 70 m vom Strand von Picena entfernt, einem normalerweise nicht überfüllten Kiesstrand, ideal für Kinder, an dem Sie auch Kajaks mieten können. Der Fährhafen und das Zentrum von Vela Luka sind 4,3 km vom Haus entfernt und das nächste Geschäft ist 3,6 km entfernt. Das Haus ist nicht mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet, aber bei Bedarf bieten wir dennoch einen Wäscheservice an, bei dem wir die zu waschenden Kleidungsstücke abholen, zu einer Wäscherei bringen und sie Ihnen so schnell wie möglich zurückbringen. Wir verwalten nicht die Vermietung der Kajaks.

La casa dispone al piano inferiore di una zona camino molto intima e bella, di una cucina privata, di 2 camere da letto ciascuna dotata di un letto matrimoniale, di un bagno privato con doccia, di wi-fi gratis e di una terrazza con vista mare mentre al piano superiore dispone di una spaziosa terrazza con vista mare, di una cucina privata, di 2 camere da letto una dotata di un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo mentre l’altra soltanto di un letto matrimoniale, di un bagno privato con doccia, di wi-fi gratis, di un aria condizionata e di una TV a schermo piatto. La casa dispone inoltre di un parcheggio privato gratuito e dista a soli 70 m dalla spiaggia di Picena, una spiaggia di ciottoli solitamente poco affollata ideale per i bambini dove si possono anche noleggiare dei kayak. Il porto dei traghetti ed il centro di Vela Luka distano dalla casa 4,3 km ed il negozio più vicino dista 3,6 km. La casa non è provvista di una lavatrice ma se fosse necessario offriamo comunque un servizio lavanderia dove veniamo noi a ritirare i vestiti da lavare, li portiamo in una lavanderia e ve li riportiamo appena possibile. Il noleggio dei kayak non lo gestiamo noi.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
