From the owner

Stone house is located on a land plot of 1800 m2. in the peaceful fishing cove of Poplat.

The villa is surrounded by dense pine trees overlooking the sea and the sunset. Residential area 650 m2. The villa was built and designed by the owner. Stone construction from the island of Korcula.

The house consists of four apartments. Each apartment has its own maximum privacy, private entrances and private terraces. It is ideal for gathering larger families, groupings or events. The villa boasts a pool filled with water with Jacuzzi, sports playground, pool terrace, garden. There is also a private parking for 10 cars, a sauna and open covered areas next to the pool

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
