Lovely, cute, 1BR apartment with traditional marmorino wall covering and exposed beams cealing on the second floor of a 300 years old building located in the heart of Venice, a stone's throw away from St.Mark's Square (200 mts) and near to the main public lines (3 min. to waterbus and airport ferry embarcadero).

The apartment is consisting of a cozy living room with nice kitchen/eating corner (American kitchen: cutlery, pots, pans, dishes…..gas-cooker with 4 rings, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge with freezer…a comfortable dining table...) , one bedroom (bed with double inseparable mattress - not twin) with one full bathroom.

Two TVs, safe; free wi-fi internet available.

All linen are provided, including sheets, towels, blankets, napery (superior or deluxe linens are also possible - on request, with extra charge).

Nota Bene : Rates depends on the period (for clear reference please check our calendar) and are intended for 2 people sleeping in 1 bed; if requested, we can prepare the sofa into a real bed (an extra charge is requested for the laborious preparation and the necessary extra linen) .

For generations house of our family; personally managed (no agents) we accurately care about e-ve-ry-thing and do things very right.

Very important: in case of acceptance, as check-in is only & exclusively possible upon appointment, at least a few days before arrival, we will imperatively need to know 1) your travel schedule to Venice (arrival by car/train/plane…. + time) and get 2) a mobile phone number working in Italy (global roaming) or whatsapp, necessary to arrange for the pick up at our nearest boat station (no phone=no reservation, sorry).

Smoke, Garlic & Pet Free Home. The kitchen is intended to be used in a reasonable/sensible way. The apartment is given odor-free and must be returned in the same condition.

For security reason ironing is NOT allowed.

Check-in after 8.00 pm subject to a 50€ charge - NO check-in after 9.00 pm

Why can't I call Paolo (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paolo (the owner) a message.

If Paolo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
