Your newly restored apartment at 2 steps from Biennale; Le Conterie Rosse is an elegant one bedroom apartment furnished with great class and well equipped with modern appliances. Located at few steps from Biennale, the entire property has been completely restored in 2016. It is a second floor of about 48 square meters facing on a very quiet calle and canal, in the lively "local" Castello District, a spot adored by Venetians for its strategic position and quietness.

Le Conterie Rosse provides you with the following features: two washing machines and one washer dryer in a laundry accessible on the ground floor, flat screen TV with satellite SKY tv, free WIFI, air conditioning, heating, Iron & ironing board, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, dishwasher, oven with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine; vacuum cleaner, baby cot (upon request), bedlinen and towels.

The Conterie rosse can also be combined with the Conterie blu, located on the first floor that is more spacious, (upon request). This combination of apartments is perfect for families with grown up children and for groups.

The area is the less touristy, the place where resident Venetians live, where you can find lots of good food, shops, markets, and even the restaurants and bars are reasonable! The location is also perfect if you want to visit Biennale, which is just literally around the corner. A 5 minute vaporetto ride will take you to the Lido where you can relax on the beach or access the famous Lido international Mostra del Cinema.

The flat is only a 5/10 minute walk to the Giardini Vaporetto stop which offers all the connections both directions ( lines number 1, 2, Night line, 4.1 and 4.2; 5.1 and 5.2, number 6), 5 minutes walk to S. Pietro di Castello Vaporetto stop (lines number 4.1; 4.2; 5.1; 5.2 and seasonal lines to Certosa island, Murano and Lido) and 10 minutes walk to the Arsenale Alilaguna stop (Alilaguna BLU LINE very convenient direct water transport if you land at the Marco Polo Airport). If you want to take a private water taxi this will drop you off in San Pietro di Castello, at 2 minutes walk to the flat.

In the surroundings you can also reach very easily the beautiful Arsenale, with the historical Naval Museum, the workaday park of Sant'Elena where locals jog, walk their dogs and take their children; San Pietro in Castello, which was an important part of historic Venice. The church was Venice's cathedral until 1807 (San Marco was 'merely' the chapel of the Palazzo Ducale), and contains important monuments and extravagant tombs.

Passing the public gardens (Giardini Pubblici), where the national pavilions for the Biennale are located, you get fantastic views along the shore towards the Doge’s Palace and St. Mark's Square, which are at just 15 minutes walk.

Elegante appartamento, completamente restaurato a nuovo nel 2016, al secondo piano di una luminosa palazzina indipendente, con doppio affaccio: camera con vista sul canale e zona giorno con affaccio su una tranquilla calle. Una breve scala di marmo conduce al primo piano da dove si accede con porta blindata all’appartamento ed attraverso una scala interna si raggiunge il secondo piano, dove si sviluppa la casa composta da una luminosa camera da letto, un corridoio, uno spazioso bagno con doccia di 1,40 m ed una accogliente zona giorno dotata di divano, TV via cavo, tavolo da pranzo, cucina completamente attrezzata.

L'’appartamento si trova nel vivo Sestiere di Castello di Venezia, a 5 minuti a piedi dai Giardini ed Arsenale e dai padiglioni della Biennale; ad un quarto d’ora da Piazza San Marco ed una sola fermata di vaporetto dal Lido di Venezia con le sue spiagge e l’annuale Mostra del Cinema.

Dotato di tutti i comfort: internet, TV SKY via cavo, aria condizionata, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro e di una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno con microonde, macchina da caffè NEspresso, bollitore, tostapane ed infine due lavatrici ed un'asciugatrice situate all'interno di un locale lavanderia al piano terra.

La zona è molto tranquilla, caratteristica e frequentata dai veneziani e nelle vicinanze è possibile trovare la fermata del vaporetto "Giardini", supermercati, molti bar e ristoranti, farmacie e bacari (tipiche osterie di Venezia), un giornalaio, negozi di ogni genere, mostre e gallerie d’arte.

Gli asciugamani e la biancheria da letto sono date in dotazione.

Per i bambini possiamo offrire un lettino ed un seggiolone, su richiesta.

How do damage deposits work?
